Enjoy a Unique Bed & Breakfast Adventure... Imagine your own private tree house with wide screen nature for your viewing and listening pleasure. Step out through french doors onto an outside deck. Sip a cup of tea or coffee while being serenaded by chickadees and robins perched in the trees surrounding you. Experience renewal with the tranquility and fresh air of the Catskill country side and then come nightfall, star gaze in our two acre healing meadow as you view one of the most spectacular light shows on earth.

Our comfortable and cozy 314 sq ft modern, circular yurts sleep 3 to 4, are comfortably furnished, contain fully appointed kitchen and bath, and are insulated and heated. Sleeping arrangements are two twin beds (or converted to a king), a full size sleeper sofa with a twin size sleeper chair. Sleeper sofa and chair utilize comfortable mattresses and are not futons. Each tree house has a 5 foot diameter dome sky light, ceiling fan, picnic table, grill and fire ring with wood provided.

Since we have made every attempt to maintain the integrity of the natural environment, there is a short walk from the designated parking area to your private tree house. A wheeled tote is provided for your luggage and supplies. Due to our natural rural environment and yurt construction, smoking is not permitted in the yurts or on the premises as a safety precaution.

Pantry Stocking services for lunch, dinner, snacks, etc. available for a minimum $25 service fee. Send us your grocery list and we'll have your supplies waiting when you arrive!

These rates are for tree house lodging space only, please contact us for group or retreat package rates and day use or overnight use of lodge facilities.

If you have a fear of dogs or allergies to animals, please make us aware when you reserve.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be booked by phone, fax or email, but require an upfront deposit to hold a reservation. Deposits may be paid by credit card or check by utilizing the PayPal link above.  Minimum deposit will be the equivalent of one night's rate, with a two-night minimum on weekends. Deposits for holiday weekends and other such times will be the full amount due for the length of stay. The balance for reservations is due within 30 days of arrival. If the arrival date is less than 30 days of reservation date, then the full amount will be due at time of reservation.

Cancel within 30 days of arrival for full refund (less any charges incurred if deposit paid via PayPal ) . Rescheduling for mid-week reservations is generally possible; weekends may be rescheduled based on availability. No Shows are non-refundable.

Deposits for holidays and holiday weekends cannot be refunded for any reason unless we can rebook your space (if rebooked a $50 administration fee plus any charges incurred if deposit paid via PayPal will be deducted from your refund).
